We use a combination of millets (naturally high in protein) & added plant-based protein to achieve those 16g of protein. It’s thoughtfully formulated to support your daily protein goals, especially for vegetarian or active lifestyles.
Can I have Mille’s Blueberry Millet Pancakes as a pre-workout meal?
Yes. Packed with complex carbs & protein, they offer a sustained release of energy without crashes, midway through your workout. They can also be consumed post-workout - helping in muscle recovery & refuelling your energy.
Can I make waffles or crepes with Mille’s Blueberry Millet Pancake Mix?
Yes. While the mix can be used to make waffles or crepes, we recommend adjusting the consistency of the batter & adding more fat (oil/butter) as required. And since waffles take a bit longer to cook than pancakes, set the cooking time in your waffle iron accordingly.
