Choco-Oat Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mille’s Multigrain Oats
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup honey 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional coatings: cocoa powder, shredded coconut, chopped nuts

Instructions:

  • Blend Mille’s oats multigrain until they form a fine powder.
  • Add cocoa powder, olive oil, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until well combined and the mixture starts to come together. Adjust sweetness to taste if needed.
  • Take small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls (about 1-inch in diameter) between your palms. If the mixture is too sticky, you can refrigerate it briefly to firm up.
  • Roll each ball in your desired coating such as shredded coconut, chopped nuts, cocoa powder, or sprinkles. Ensure they are evenly coated.
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Once chilled, serve and enjoy!
