Perfect for healthy dinner.

My mom has a constipation problem. She took many medications prescribed by her doctor, but they didn't work for long. Finally, the doctor suggested having millet for dinner. Now she is doing much better. The Kodo millet by Mille Supergrain really works. Moreover, it is completely chemical-free. It is highly recommended for older adults and patients.

It has a mild, slightly nutty flavour, with a soft-yet-springy bite once cooked. It's less bland than white rice but not overpowering, making it a great base for both sweet & savoury dishes. It absorbs spices & seasonings well, so it blends easily into everyday meals without feeling too millet-y.

How is Kodo Millet safe for diabetics?
Naturally low glycemic index, it releases sugar slowly into the bloodstream, helping avoid sugar spikes or energy crashes. It’s high in fibre & resistant starch, both of which support better blood sugar control & keep you fuller for longer. With no refined carbs, no sugar, & zero gluten, it is a nutrient-dense, diabetic-friendly grain that works well for everyday meals.
Is Kodo Millet good for weight management?
Yes. It's low in calories, high in fibre, & packed with plant-based protein - light, filling, & helps curb cravings. It keeps you fuller for longer, supports portion control & won’t leave you bloated. Perfect for everyday meals when you’re trying to manage weight in a healthy, sustainable way.
Does Mille’s Kodo Millet contain any potential allergens?
No, but it is processed in a facility that processes Wheat & Nuts. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, it may contain trace amounts of the same.
