Ingredients
- 80 gms or 1/2 cup Mille Classic Millet Pancake Mix
- 1/3rd cup milk
- 1 tsp oil
- Fresh fruits
- Honey
How to make
1) Mix 80 gms (1/2 cup) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of milk into a smooth batter. You can also add 1 tsp of oil for a smoother texture.
2) Warm a flat non-stick pan on medium heat. Add butter to the pan. Pour batter onto the heated pan and cook well on both sides.
3) Serve pancakes with a dollop of honey, fresh fruits (strawberries or any seasonal fruit available to you), nuts, or peanut butter!
