Crunchy Chocolate Kuttu Bite

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Mille’s Chocolate Buckwheat (Kuttu) Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Place Mille’s Chocolate Buckwheat (Kuttu) Flakes in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl or over low heat on the stove, melt the peanut butter (or almond butter) until smooth. Stir in the honey, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the Chocolate Buckwheat Flakes and gently stir until they are evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Using a spoon or your hands, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or waxed paper, forming clusters of desired size.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the clusters are firm and set.
