Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mille’s chocolate pancake mix
- 1 ¼ cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Topping with your favourite berries
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Mille’s chocolate pancake mix, milk, olive oil, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps and let the batter rest for about 10 minutes to allow any bubbles to settle.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with a small amount of olive oil.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, tilting the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1 minute until cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.
