We use a combination of millets (naturally high in protein) & added plant-based protein to achieve those 17g of protein. It’s thoughtfully formulated to support your daily protein goals, especially for vegetarian or active lifestyles.
Can I have Mille’s Classic Millet Pancakes as a pre-workout meal?

Can I make waffles or crepes with Mille’s Classic Millet Pancake Mix?
Yes. While the mix can be used to make waffles or crepes, we recommend adjusting the consistency of the batter & adding more fat (oil/butter) as required. And since waffles take a bit longer to cook than pancakes, set the cooking time in your waffle iron accordingly.
