Mango Sunrise Parfait

The Sunrise Mango Breakfast Parfait recipe is a simple wholesome breakfast dish that you can enjoy this summer! With oats, yoghurt and mangoes or your favourite seasonal fruits, it just doesn’t get better!

Ingredients
  • 1/2cup Mille Instant Oats Multigrain
  • 1 cup hung curd (Greek Yoghurt)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 mango (ripe) , peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons almonds (badam), chopped
Instructions
  • Cook Mille Oats Multigrain according to the package instructions with water and allow it to cool.
  • Add the yoghurt and honey and whisk it well. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Spoon the oats yoghurt into small glasses or bowl, add the chopped mangoes on the top along with almonds.
  • Refrigerate and cool the parfait for an hour and serve!
