Ingredients
- 1/2cup Mille Instant Oats Multigrain
- 1 cup hung curd (Greek Yoghurt)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 mango (ripe) , peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons almonds (badam), chopped
- Cook Mille Oats Multigrain according to the package instructions with water and allow it to cool.
- Add the yoghurt and honey and whisk it well. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Spoon the oats yoghurt into small glasses or bowl, add the chopped mangoes on the top along with almonds.
- Refrigerate and cool the parfait for an hour and serve!
